Has anyone found some pratical use for feasting and Gingerpigs?

So far I've feasted at that special table and nothing happened, tho there are some special character quotes.

Is there more content or am I missing something by playing alone?

If I good saw, when you eating dishes on this table, you can regen Hungry, Sanity and Heath for few second.

Yep, when you feast you get a health, sanity, and hunger regen for a bit. 

Many people can feast at one table all at once. So yeah, I think it's worth it.

Gingerbread Pigs can also lead to a Gingerbread Varg, so it also can be a hunt.

For a more technical use, you're gonna want a lot of tables and festive foods, they can be chained together to increase the buffs and regen.

Get rows of tables and rows of food, works for lonely people too, eating 1 will make you eat/take away from all the foods/tables, so yes, you can Gorge by yourself, silly glutton.

Doing this stacks the Holiday Spirit buff timer, so if you have enough tables you can make this effect last all year
and to add onto this, if you die with the buff on your character, you will drop Holiday cheer orbs
