the iron volcano spits out iron at roughly 10 kg and 2500 c

the iron falls through the sedimentary rock at roughly 7 celsius globally

the iron reaches the wheezewort/gold mesh tile/liquid chlorine layer and is cooled to 8.9 celsius in ten seconds, the wheezeworts are all maxed out at -60c

the the iron is sucked onto the conveyor belt and passed through the 'solid' mesh tiles, and then passes the wheezeworts 3 times, heading back up to the anti entropy nullifier and passing through 10 layers of sedimentary tile thats aproximately 30 tiles wide

after it passes by the mesh tile that is the base of the nullifier, it passes again through a 50 downward belt of more sedimentary tile

then in its final bend it is sent to a temperature controlled water storage tank and set for a chilled 15c.

the water storage tank is fed directly by a water fall of hot salt water at 95c

the runoff from the chilly water eventually will lead to a magma pit to generate copious amounts of steam :)

You keep your wheezworts in mix of chlorine and polluted oxygen? Why?

liquid chlorine has the highest temperature transfer rate.
the polluted oxygen because its cheap air for my duplicants :)

eventually i intend to convert it to liquid oxygen and polluted dirt by cooling it even further

Who lied to you like this about that?

Are you aware that if you put your wheezeworts in Hydrogen you could use 5 times less of them to get same cooling power?

chlorine is the worst gas at least because it has awful thermal conductivity (it doesnt transfer heat that quickly basically), second point - it has small SHC (specific heat capacity - "amount" of heat energy required to change temp for 1 degree). so just checking gas properties - hydrogen is the best of gases available to you
