but the presure, they like 10kg and the water pond is 600kg

I put arbor tree in 900kg water. Above it is 1kg CO2 and on top is 1050g hydrogen.

Spoiler

IIRC other plants didn't calculated this way, only bottom tile matters. Maybe I'm wrong?

It must average all of its tiles that are in gas, and I think it's only the "atmosphere" requirement that's the bottom tile, which this plant lacks. Someone may want to test whether mealwood will grow with high pressure bottom and low pressure top.
It should be noted as well that no other plant allows you to entomb its top tile without issue.

Nothing is entombed. The block with a buried object diagonally above is blocking off a potential branch position, rather like the mealwood next to it is blocking off two potential branch positions.

The tile straight above the trunk would also be a valid position, if the natural Algae block wasn't in the way.  So currently the pictured Tree can only grow 4 of it's 5 branches.

The cell directly above the trunk is already occupied by a fully grown branch. The 4 branch limit is accurate, but the available cells are top-left, top-centre (already grown), middle-right, bottom-right (this one would probably stifle in the water).
