MustardWarrior Posted July 1, 2019 Share Posted July 1, 2019 I am on the volcano asteroid and I got a single arbor tree from the pod and I've had it in a hydroponic farm tile for many harvests and it never produces an acorn. I'm feeding it my bathroom water. Is there some mechanic I'm not understanding here? But due to the fact the branches are seperate plants, maybe there is some code missing there for now. Maybe you have to cut the tree itself when its grown to get a chance for a seed? Darkin Coaled Posted July 1, 2019 Share Posted July 1, 2019 This isn't totally abnormal. When they changed slimelung into an annoyance I started a new map and sought out the only reed I could find. It went through 20+ harvests before producing a single seed. It's supposed to be 10% plus whatever bonus the farming skill gives you, but it seems to be much less.
