Wheeler should definitely have less health to make up for the dodge ability. (100-125 or so health?)

The speed boost should scale depending on how many items she actually carries, and this boost could go into negatives if you'd wear a backpack.

So 25% extra speed without any items, and this would scale down to 0% if using all inventory slots (not including the backpack). This would, again, scale into negatives if wearing a full backpack and also using all inventory slots. (to maybe like, -5 or -10% speed?)

Keep in mind, that speed would not be affected by any headgear or anything that is inside Wheeler's hands. Only body equippables.

I was also playing around with the idea that Wheeler would have a passive negative effect on her speed whilst wearing body armour considering that she likes traveling "light" and all, so: Grass Armour: -5%, Wood and Night Armour: -10%, Marble Armour: -20% and so on.

Dodge is mostly fine as it is considering that she will have less health. Maybe make it use some hunger for every use. (1-3 hunger use every time you dodge? Also, cannot dodge below a certain hunger threshold. Maybe like, 30% hunger or below?)

Gun is also fine, but the damage needs to be rebalanced. Only certain items should reach 100 damage. Most should deal about 25-50 damage at most.

Compass is also fine I'd say.
