Since Wagstaff's gonna be added to the base game, I would like to think that he would have special lore reveals thanks to him regarding the time before Charlie's New Reign. That would be the perfect way to put the Atrium into DS. He knew about the Constant before all the other characters, so maybe he also knew all of it's darkest secrets.
