Side note. There's only 1 chef in a real kitchen. It is the master chef.
The others are types of chefs who work for the master chef.

Station Chef, Line Chef, Line Cook
Commis Chef – ...They work under the 1 above learning a specific station.
Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant or Kitchenhand
Dishwasher

For a bigger kitchen there's
Fry
Roast
Fish
Veggie
Swing which helps all stations
Butcher
Pantry Cold foods
Pastry
