help needed for using minor volcano

so i have a minor volcano erupting magma 116kg/s at 2785 degree C so i have used this design to cool it and also use for power generation the problem is that the magma is turning into igneous rock which is blocking my volcano mouth now the whole setup is completely packed its hard to deconstruct and put robo minor there 

what i should have done instead

You need to harvest the Igneous Rock and remove it.  You'll need to figure out how to set up an Auto-Sweeper and a Rail Loader in there, without them breaking from heat damage.

if you have super coolant you could drop those inside...(first dig out that thing and fix those sour gas somehow)
I was avoid using it at first and try to keep it vacuum,but once I drop 200kg super coolant inside those rock drop temp much faster(I use for oil to pet setup)
it should bring the whole thing down to below 400 in between active cycle allow you to go in for digging(super coolant turn to liquid under 400~C
and conduct heat fast even in gas mode)it work better then water / oil since both thing hard to deal with once gas-ed

You could try ensuring that the magma is never above ~500kg/tile when it cools. For example by allowing it to spread horizontally on an insulated tile flat and only cooling it at the edges where it has already "flattened" into 100kg/tile.

When a small amount of magma cools, it cools into an item, not a tile.

You can then pick the item with a sweeper, or just leave it to slowly exchange heat with the diamond/thermium tile below it.

the heat transfers to the metal tiles directly 

replace the bottom layer of insulated tiles under the volcano with metal tiles and pump out all the gas

here my simple oil to pet maker... i put in coolant since those item transfer so slow compare to tile....advise using pipe to drop the coolant it turn to gas very fast if you use bottle emptier
