NOTE: This mod does not support the small texture option.

NOTE 2: I've only updated the BackPack and Amulet mod. No point in doing anything less (IMO).

BackPad mod and BackPack and Amulet mod available. DO NOT ENABLE MORE THAN ONE!

These Mods add 1 or two slots in equip slot depending on the download.

So, now armor and backpack have different slots to equip plus Amulet.

A big thanks goes out to kiopho for the Amulet code!

Installation:

Double-click the downloaded mod. DRAG the enclosed directory into your dontstarve/mods directory and enable on the games Mod screen.

Again, DO NOT RUN MORE THAN ONE VERSION AT A TIME!

I have a question about this mod. I installed it and everything but when i go to load my saved game, the game crashes. I like using my xbox controller to play Dont Starve so RPG HUD wouldnt work for me so I came to yours. I looked at your versions and chooses are either use Six Feet Under or Moderately Friendly, do these work by themselves without requiring other mods? I would love to fix this stupid concept in the game and wear everything.

 

I just started with Dont Starve mods so bear with me.

 

Solved it...anyone else have issue with this loading, do not enable small textures like the description says. i never knew i turned it on and caused my save game to never start. Now if only I can figure out why my inventory sticks out 2 on the left for inventory and 2 on the right for backpack/amulet slots I will be in good shape.

hmm.. why does when i enable it.. well it works but.. the picture on the bar are black square and not the picture of backpack and amulet?

Right, soo..- when I go to the ''Mods'' section of the main menu, I enable the mod, then click on ''Ok'' but after that, the game freezes for a while, and when I go back to the ''Mods'' section, the mod is always disable or it says ''Crashed'' any way to fix that.. ?

I'm looking for an RPG Hud replacement and saw this. I love your Craftable Cave Backpack mod so I figured I'd give this a try. I installed this along w/ 'PackInInventory' by GreySloth. When I try to equip the Cave Backpack it still replaces my armor and won't go in the new backpack slot. I'll try it again without the pack-in-inventory mod to see if that's the problem.

For those who play ROG and have troubles with inventory and slot background:

 

1. The following version from DevilXD works well in ROG and fixes the length of the inventory background image.

 

I rewritten "Amulet&Backpack" version, seems working on "all's well that Maxwell" update...

 

That bug with not resurrecting via touchstone/meat effigy is fixed... Length of the inventory background image is also fixed... I anyone want's it, here is the link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/u0vyb1m1snwwvs5/BackpackAmulet.zip

 

2. If someone also have troubles with black background in backback and amulet slot replace the image folder in the mod folder with mine:

My workaround is to change the texture dimensions to meet the "power of two" requirement and the appropriate atlas values in the xml file.
