_Q_
Please add durability to the walking can like on other clothing items or just add new items to craft with walrus tusk, I'm stuck with like 3 of them now, and will never use them. Gold is renvable most of the time, there is no problem in crafting new cane after some time. It can last 20 days, and will be more balanced with durability as you will use it when needed not always when you are walking.
Halved
It's already used for the crafting of the Lazy Explorer Staff, so I vote no for durability. It's nice to have something infinite, afterall.

Tamazacat
I kind of agree with you; I think that one walking cane should last for the majority of the DS year, though... but the tusks accumulate to too great an extent.Yes, they're used to craft the lazy explorer, but I've yet to fully explore the caves because I'm a big wuss and the depth worms scare the living crap out of me... so from a personal point of view, I'd rather have the durability reduce very slowly. brummbar7
I'd vote no, but as long as the durability was pretty long, it might work. Speaking for myself, I actually usually leave my spare walking canes by the touchstones and meat effigy. Nothing adds to the panic of dieing like having no walking stick while trying to rush around and get yourself together again. Especially if you're in winter or summer. That said I did have a game once where I accumulated 8 walking sticks before McTusk finally dropped a tam. They make good trophies if nothing else! But if we're trying to get rid of surplus walking sticks, I'd much rather make them an ingredient for a new weapon.
spencer320
I agree with a new weapon/armor. I'm on a over 1000 day save and had a chest full of tusks that I finally decided to use to line roads where moleworms are so they don't dissappear. Maybe something else for the Beefalo horn too!
