I would guess that it will also act as source of heat deletion?  Something to do with exploiting taking advantage of the differences between the SHC of Hydrogen, Ice and Water?

Looking at that, all I feel is confusion. I don't understand what I'm looking at. I get that there's a bunch of ice there. I'm not clear on what the liquid vent is for, nor what the sweeper is doing.

the hydrogen is super cold

water comes in by the liquid vent

freezes

Ice is them picked up by sweepers
