Achievements

Why is this grinding your gears in the first place? They have built something in godmode and feel great about themselves now... so what? Just take whatever knowledge is useful for your needs and move on.

There will always be people who present their stuff with an "I'm-so-great-and-you-are-stupid"-attitude, implementing achievements will change nothing about that.

IMHO Wehmut has a valid point, a player who has not played ONI and is watching twitch or Utube letsplays thinks that he is looking at "Normal" gameplay ( videos launching 20 rockets etc. ).

Funny enough, after playing thousands of cycle "as a normal player", this is how I play the game now too ;D

My playstyle would require +100000 game cycles of game time and some things would still be impossible by playing "Normal". Perhaps only understandable if one has maxed the game out completely in debug.

I love seeing the builds of normal players, they often have a lot of design details and math calculation work included :)

Playing ONI in debug can be like playing Factorio normal, at least in my case.
