Please give us gates!

@orian34 but how will you cook food? This seems like a bug that needs fixing, their AI probably was taken of snow flinging machines if they extinguish all fires.

There's a similar issue with the lightable torches in ruins and in jungles; they seem to derive from campfire mechanics not firepit so even though they look and probably should be contained, actually light nearby items on fire, which is dumb. @Jason pls

You will cook food by using fire... What's the relevance here?

then just dont befriend them? or maybe wait til they stop following you?

as much as i would love for gates to be a thing, this isnt the best argument for them

There's a chance they might come to the base game, as all of Klei's DLC are compatible and have integration with one another like a very large world.  All the other DLC will have some form of compatibility changes & skyworthy, it might be present with that. There are also recipes in the lua files for fences and gates in hamlet commented out!
