Mullematsch
Whats wrong with one sensor + shutoff you say above/below x and whatever does not go through the shutoff is the wrong temperature. That does work assuming the system doesn't get clogged on one end. That's only good if you are absolutely certain the system doesn't clog up. Been many mishaps with my electrolyzer system. Been many mishaps with my electrolyzer system. a clog up can still cause problems with 2 shutoffs causing a single packet going the wrong way the trick is making sure you always have a relief for extra liquids so you never get clogs Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/97197-liquid-split-by-temperature/#findComment-1100770 Share on other sites
Mullematsch
If I set up some system using shutoffs which might back up I just use sensor + filter gate & not gate to stop the input. That way it is not a problem. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/97197-liquid-split-by-temperature/#findComment-1100794 Share on other sites

Lancar
I just use 1 sensor and 1 shutoff, that's it. I make sure the exit-end of the shutoff goes in the temperature critical direction, because there's no way it'll trigger extra packets through as long as the pipe isn't clogged. If my cooling loop gets the occasional too-hot packet, it won't matter. It'll cause damage to the aquatuner if it accidentally send a too cold packet there, however. I use that too, work perfectly on every situation I tried. i use liquid filter at the input of the system (not a shutoff) work the same but use more power and protect the system from wrong liquid that make the anti-backup system inefficient.
