I keep opening up the enclosure to let the Hydrogen escape, but it keeps coming back. I'm thinking of tapping it with a pump. This is my standard approach for tapping a cool slush geyser, nothing special about it at all. The walls are abysalite. The surrounding area is all pure oxygen, as it's actually in my inner perimeter. I think that it's just that there is a mixture of O2, Hydrogen and PO2 all in the same area, which is being compressed by the rising liquid when it erupts and some bug happening. 1 minute ago, RonEmpire said: debug/sandbox game? or normal game. Angpaur Posted October 10, 2018 Share Posted October 10, 2018 I had similar cases with a cool steam vent - somehow lots of hydrogen was accumulating in a chamber, where the vent was located. And the chamber was closed, so it couldn't just get there from outside. It happened to me on 2 different maps. Craigjw Posted October 10, 2018 Author Share Posted October 10, 2018 I normally place a couple of vent tiles at the top with filters on to get clean O2 from it, but I had a case of CBA at the time, so would never have noticed. I'm a little worried that there are electrical things in there, a single spark could blow my entire colony up..
