Was your world created before or after insanity update?I tried to make them float in insanity worlds and it did not work.

There are only 4 per world, so very rare. They restore all your health and hunger (Unless you are Wolfgang).

I created the world after the insanity update.The way it happened is I had put my mandrakes in chester and then chester was killed when I wasn't around and I came back to find them floating.

I killed him myself and it did not work (by hovering weapons on him and clicking). Gonna try leaving him near a spider den next time I create a world.

Wow, 618 days, I am amazed. My highest is 53 days. and just yesterday I nearly died from starving. That has never happened before, this game is awesome.
