Alerts For New Materials/Items/Food

Add alerts for when a dupe digs up something for the first time, like the alert for uncovering a geyser. Often I'll tell dupes to sweep up something and be frustrated after they ignore it for several cycles, only to look at my storage machines and see that since I had just discovered it, there was no option to store it when I last set up the storage compactor settings. This is particularly a problem with newly made food, as I'll only notice after several cycles of it sitting in an non-sterile/not refrigerated environment that there's no where for it to be swept to.

 

Suggested fixes:

- Make an alert whenever something is discovered for the first time, like when it's dug up or cooked, so the player knows to go and set storage to accept that item

OR

- When clicking "all" on storage compactors or ration boxes, have that stay as all and adjust to include whatever new items are discovered/made
