Is there a way I can play the update?

My laptops charger broke, (well it was out.) so sadly I can't play the update (I got it on steam, and this computer I'm using now is a mac.)

Erm. I think not. Don't starve is not for Mac. Does steam even run on macs fine?

I'm pretty sure it does.. I recall seeing a section on the steam store dedicated to Mac games.

Thanks, but without the game how do I give proof? I do have some screenshots posted on the forums, will that work? And of course a link to my steam account with proof the the game being purchased.

This is what they call proof of purchase:

In order to provide you access to Don't Starve in chrome, we need your steam ID, the purchase confirmation number and the email address that you used to access the chrome demo

The Confirmation Number is on the e-mail that steam send to you when you bought the game.
