Game maybe not working after the update

I just downloaded Ranching Mark 2 update and my computer screen just won't take it. It work decent before the update with slight lag from time to time. I have an 2010 macbook and it works fine. Is it the update? I restarted a couple of times and it was always the same.

The game has upgraded beyond the limits of your gear. If a full driver update doesn't fix your problem you have 2 "solutions" left, 1 upgrade your gear.  This problem is caused by inadequate hardware.  2) roll back to the previous build where the game still works for your. (less of a solution I know)

This looks like a technical problem that might still be solvable by either klei or your driver distributor.

In any case you should file a bug report with your full system specs, so that klei is aware that there is a technical issue with your hardware.

Driver manufacturers will occasionally release updates that cover the performance of popular games. Maybe klei has a way to either fix the problem on their side or trigger the driver manufacturer.

But since your system is already fairly old (~8 years), you should also ready yourself for the fact that companies will no longer support the hardware.
