3 new technologys - advanced entartaiment  B-45 A-30 (after plastic things)(unlocks computers,TVs, game consoles.);Basic oxygenet B-50 A-40(after all logic and Tier 2 wires)(unlocks network tab oxygenet map,oxygenet servers,oxygenet wires,oxygenet station);Advanced oxygenet B-65 A-55(after Basic oxygenet)(unlocks oxygenet servers 2,oxygenet wires 2,oxygenet station 2)

Computer - decor type;needs electricity (200kj),oxygenet(minimum 20mb/s);uses up to 40mb/s;craft- 150 refinded metal, 75 plastic;When used: stress -(servers*10-(speed-50)%/cycle

TV - decor type;needs electricity (125kj),oxygenet(minimum/ 10mb/s);uses up to 20mb/s;craft- 100 refinded metal, 35 plastic;When used: stress -(servers*5-(speed-35)%/cycle

Game console - decor type;needs electricity 225kj),oxygenet(minimum 35mb/s);craft- 175 refinded metal, 75 plastic;When used: stress -(servers*15-(speed-65)+10)%/cycle

oxygenet wires (2) -network type; transmit oxygenet 100mb/s (2 - 250mb/s);no max;usage system like electricity; craft - 10 refinded metal 1 plastic (2- 15 refinded metal, 2 plastic)

Oxygenet server (2) - network type;needs electricity(350kj;2- 475kj) uses 10mb/s (2 -15mb/s);counts as 1 server(2 - as 2 servers);craft - 215 refinded metal, 25 plastic(2- 320 refinded metal,45 plastic)

oxygenet station (2) -network type; creates 200mb/s(2- 450mb/s) needs electricity(450kj;2-650kj);craft - 265(2- 375) refinded metal, 40 plastic(2 - 70)

If I'm interpreting your initial post correctly, this will add a completely new layer of complexity, be very costly in terms of refined materials, power, and dupe time, and only gives us... decor?

Stress and decor are already easily taken care of, even very early game options work as late game decor and stress relief solutions.

However, if this new layer of complexity was required to accomplish something useful, such as a plot related, highest tier research system, I could see some motivation for building it, but not for stress relief.
