When did winona sit on the nightmare throne?

From Thursday's stream, they told us that the triumphant skins were when they sat on the throne, but winona came after charlies new throne room.

Didn't they say that these skins show how the characters would look like if they would sit on the throne? Also, I think that as to the canon only Wilson sat there (apart from Maxwell of course), but even he didn't really have a chance to use his powers.

Also possibly Charlie would make an exception for Winona, seeing as how they're sisters 'n' all.  Kind of a darkly ironic gift, though--"Here, big sis!  Here's some cool clothes you COULD have worn if you won a dangerous quest...and ended up trapped on a dark throne forever!  HAHAHA!"
