The buffer is set to 3 seconds and works like a dream! I have fertilizer coming in with a convener rail and the container is set to fertilizer only so the sweeper will try to move them. The logic circuit cuts power to the sweeper every 3 seconds, if power is interrupted the sweeper will drop the item it's moving. At the top you mean? Set the receptacle to priority 2, the compactor to priority 3 - and the loader on the other end (where your fert comes from) as a 1 for example.
