Kabrute
I'm not used to seeing such massive amounts of material in a single block. There are normal blocks of sand in this square but my dupes delivered a massive amount of super cold sand around and I was wondering why everything was dropping below zero O.O 5ton blocks of sand in the ice biome. I wonder what other goodies are hidden.
BlueLance
I think they increased the amount of sand in some areas when they decreased the amount of geysers it was possible to get, but I don't think I have ever seen that much XD
Saturnus
It's the standard amount of sand per tile in slime and ice biome sand deposits since practically forever. The sand deposits in caustic biomes used to be less, ie. only a few kilos, but should be the same now. It is only sand in the starting biome that are different now. The Plum Gate
Indeed, these sand geodes are all alike now - they have a mass override written into their core of 5,000Kg, so you get a few normal random tiles of sand around the periphery. but the feature is always supposed to be encased in a rock shell of some sort. Maciej75
Here is almost 9 tons of Polluted Water cracking through celling of my base. It is kept in place by small patch of clean Water at right side. After patch have been cleaned - it "exploded" taking whole free space there.
