I have the very basics down of creating a custom don't starve together character but I don't know how to further customize my character as I would desire too. I'm also creating characters for my close friends who want their characters to have specific abilities such has being able to craft and use Wickerbottom's books. I have no idea where to start when giving characters special abilities, such as what code to write, where to put it, and so on so forth. I've looked up guides and have dug through the code but I just can't seem to grasp what I need. I apologize if I sound like a total noob, because honestly I am one. Some things I would really appreciate some help with are: How to give your character night vision How to increase or decrease how fast your character looses sanity How to give your character Wickerbottom's perks (Science boost+Her books) How to mod your own item into the game How to make certain objects in the game increase or decrease sanity of the specific character How to be resistant to cold/heat/water How to make cold/heat/rain increase your sanity This was the tutorial I followed to create my first test character. My character does currently work in game but I just don't know how to code them to my likings. Thank you to anyone and everyone for helping me out!! I really want to make some cool characters!
