Can we do something about the structures menus?

Hi,

As of now, the menus to choose structures etc are scrollable but of fixed size - and as soon as the dupes have researched tier 2,3,4 structures, I spend a significant amount of operations time in scrolling these menus down to the advanced structures. This slows me down.

Either those menus should remember their last positions, or the menus should be resized so that the scrolling does not need to happen. 

Yeah, the build menus should be bigger. Even with the graphics set to the 720p option, there's enough room for larger grids / lists. Also, several menus which scroll should probably be grids instead of one long list. The production-building-recipes (e.g. microbe musher), and the planter boxes' menus are the ones, unless I'm missing some more.

Another option would be more, smaller menus. There's already some stuff which doesn't make sense in its current position, or could go in multiple places:

- a new menu for "movement": ladders, fire poles, tubes, doors, checkpoints

- do joint-plates belong in power or in base (they're walls)?

- the animal relocator isn't really food-related, but I guess we don't have a menu for animal-related things yet? (so, they should add in space-rabbit hutches, moon-cow pens, and astro-chicken coops for sure)

- why are insulated tiles under "base" but temp-shift plates under "utilities"? probably would make more sense to have a "temperure" menu, but then do the insulated tiles go into both menus? (maybe yes?)

- why are exosuits under "stations" at all? this one just makes no sense...

- do liquid shutoffs, gas shutoffs, and power shutoffs belong under automation instead of where they are right now?
