anyone know any mods to help with fighting in multiplayer

I usually play with lag compensation turned off as if its on predictive im not actually able to hit mobs like pig men my attacks just refuse to connect, same with butterflies and the sort but does anyone know any mods or something that helps with the lag without making the combat unpredictable or if klei is working on a fix or something

I don't think there's any mods out there that can fix latency issues. If it was an easy fix it wouldn't be such a problem.

if you have lag you should use lag prediction, that actually helps a lot. 

I usually play in servers with 0-16 lag so I turn it off otherwise combat gets wanky for me.
