Question about Curio Cabinet Belongings

In the belongings you can see like the event items metheus and stuff, there are some items with the anvil icon of the forge, my question is, for example i got life blossom garland and woven grass armor, will i be able to keep those? or they will be gone?

all items that is not marked as event limited time use (halloween skins and challenger skins)

Actually, I remember seeing someone say that profile icons and portrait backgrounds might not stay either. They would return at the next event though iirc. Not sure about vignettes.

I think it was meant so that you keep them, but you cannot use them out of the Forge/other events. If I understood well, you will keep and use the Gladiator skins even between events, but the profile will change back to the old system and so profile pictures, icons and etc won't appear in-game till the next even, but you'll still have them.
