Nothing special in the event besides candy bag for storing trinkets, and the candy itself is a novelty item just for decoration, unless youre the type of player who could really use that 0-3 hunger, sanity, health. Im really looking forward from the winters feast and YOTG but its not confirmed for console. Those 2 events which offer actual usable items will probably be skipped over for us, since its not just spawning 60 trinkets, and a craftable trinket bag. Seriously calling hallowed nights an event is frustrating as it didn't feel like anything happened.
