They are known for taking a lot of time when it comes to helping people with Steam Support. I know that I did get help once but I don't remember how long it took. Maybe a few days? The amount of days might also depend on the problem and what kind of info they get from you/others. They never replied to my question so I just gave up and did't play games but now i'm considering asking Steam Support again and waiting again. So I know it's been a long time but I tried getting only my DST items back but when I tried I got this screen What should I do?
