serpent Posted April 9, 2017 Share Posted April 9, 2017 You should try to aim for a geyser, you really dont need the slime, just rush to percolation and hydrogen generator which will give all the oxygen you need with electrolyzers. I only convert slime to get rid of it, never processed any algae in my most recent game. heckubis Posted April 18, 2017 Share Posted April 18, 2017 I have not used slime for anything other than passive Po2 production in almost a month. still cant figure out why so many people rely on it for anything other than emergencies. give yourself electrolysers earlier to cut down on your algae usage in fact try not to use algae after cycle 40-50 for anything other than keeping air pressure in gas airlocks and satellite work areas. mined slime as in after its dug up emits contaminated oxygen slowly eating away at the mass of the slime till its gone.
