Kasuha
At present, limits on thermo switch are based off Kelvin scale which means that on both "human" scales (Fahrenheit and Celsius) they are strange decimal numbers. I suggest to base them off the Fahrenheit/Celsius scales in a way that will produce whole numbers on both and decimals on Kelvin scale instead. Keeping current 5 K steps, the values could be 0-5-10-15-20 in Celsius, and 32-41-50-59-68 in Fahrenheit. It would also allow us using finer scale without running into weird decimals on either side, e.g. 0-2.5-5-7.5-10 in Celsius, and 32-36.5-41-45.5-50 in Fahrenheit. Yes it means the lowest triggerable temperature would be 3.15 K but since all elements (or at least all I have encountered so far) in the game should be solid at that temperature I believe it would not matter. AlexRou
How about storing the value as kelvin but when its in F or C all the maths are done in F or C and then converted into kelvin in the background for the game. Masterpintsman
How about letting us input a number directly instead of the cow clicker style input (or slider annoyances in other places)?
