It would be one of the most expensive buildings due to how much it would calm people down (For example: -2 stress per second) The ingredients of the TV would require something to collect signals, for example a giant satellite dish to send/recieve. The television might be an end-game building, incase the dupe's stress level is ranging from 75-100. Hope this suggestion helps!
