In fresh worlds there's tons of saplings and hardly any twiggy trees. Do saplings grow up into twiggy trees? Do other trees magically turn into twiggy trees? What is the process exactly? Some worlds spawn with only twiggy trees in place of saplings, and never get saplings. Ever.
