RoscoPT Posted October 12, 2016 Share Posted October 12, 2016 I'm an "average" DST player, but what i've learned was always by myself, wikia, youtube...always getting knowledge, but im always afraid to die again and again...I've used to die tons of times, then i can make it through second year but i dont take risky steps because im just too afraid, i have no friends to play with, they all get bored. Is there any group of players who would like to play with me some time to time like weekly? even if you're learning or badass which can also help me getting the experiences i need. I have major problems with Giants, i try to get away from the giants, i fight deerclops with tentacles and lure that bear out of my camp, never mess with dragonfly or Goose... Maybe you'd join us some day on The Toad Must Die! and... well, nuke the toadstool? @TheKingDedede, @PandoMish, @HoveringOnions, @PiturcaClaudiuStef, @CIEMniak, @Kittydub, we were all playing this evening. 11 days till winter, one camp on the surface, several in the caves, one actually right next to the ancient pseudoscience altar. They would probably like to help you out in learning. They have 1,337 hours so far. Yes. 1,337. Add them and let them know you wanna play. Have fun. CIEMniak Posted October 14, 2016 Share Posted October 14, 2016 Maybe killing Toadstool isn't necessarily a good idea right now, @Arlesienne, as @RoscoPT mentioned having some troubles surviving encounters with Goose or other Giants, but Don't Starve isn't all about combat! If you'd like to play some time you can always count me in, I prefer more peaceful lifestyle on the Island. In fact, these toadstool plans are moot, I only have to solo it as everybody so far had been hanging out in the base while I toiled in the caves... But it's fun with a nice group!
