Does this mean pay one more common in a trade (or one at all), making it 1 random item of the same grade and 2 common items, or 1 random item of the grade and 1 common, or 1 random item of the same grade and no common if you don't have the trade hold?

This guy seemed to be somewhat of a troll, considering the fact that he said that his friend went into the game's code and found the drop chances for skins, which everyone highly doubted. He failed to provide evidence of such an event occurring.

Ah. Well, not judging. But if they wanted to get more items than they would give, it is a disqualifying factor for me.
