Strange issue with a character mod

Hello! So I'm working on a character mod for Don't Starve Together, and it's the first mod that i've ever worked on so I've had some issues to fight past but one has popped up that I haven't been able to figure out

So i'm using a template downloaded from here: 

So i've got most of the information done and such and i've started working on the sprite, i have drawn all the face expressions and the head, however when i start up dont starve together, the face drawings appear but not the head, which is strange.

I could not find any forum posts about the same issue, does anyone have advice?

Bugs of Spriter. You should check your scml file after each save even if you did single click in your project. Also you can use Spriter Pro.

did you by any chance resize any of the image templates?

I do not believe I re-sized any of the image templates.

does it even have the face in the spriter? if so, yet it still doesn't appear in-game. might you be able to hand me the files just for a bit?
