I've been reading a lot of tutorials and guides all over the net but still i'll need some help, so ..sorry for botherng. I did finally made to survived until the winter and beyond. Atm i'm having a little problem... mine gold is over... and i've already explored the all map. So... there is some way to get gold? (I also already took all the toys and i gave to the pig king). If you have Caves enabled and also cleared that out, there would always be a chance of earthquakes for gold to fall. I hope that helps, cheers. verm1ll1on Posted April 30, 2016 Share Posted April 30, 2016 Hey, fam. As said, you can always dry meat and trade it for gold with the King (1 gold per meat). But Tumbleweeds are also a solution. I usually make lots of gold with Tumbleweeds, since they have a chance to drop 4 different items that you can give to the King for gold. They are: the Frazzled Wire (5 gold each), Gord's Knot (4 gold each), Gnome (5 gold each) and the Hardened Rubber Bung (8 gold each). Not really hard to find these items in Tumbleweeds. Or give raw meat to it. In case of monster meat though, only dried works. I always wondered if it would be gold then you can just cook the monstermeat and feed it to the bird (birdcage) as the king gives gold for eggs so its way faster then that so question is why would you ever dry monstermeat?
