When insane (or at low sanity) I no longer hear the cool sound effects like monomrumumim or those other... weird noises. 2. Pigmen and bunnymen don't talk! Was this changed from an update? You know, muffled sounds when winter comes, etc. Pretty sure that's intended, as it says it was added back in the update note and exists in the base game. ~~~~~~~~~ I do have a bug where when I join games/host caves servers my character is the only thing that produces sound. Example, go insane and notice that you don't hear the insanity noises like the constant wwwwwwssssshhhhhhh or whispering. I can still hear everything else fine though.
