Hunger, goes down by % or number value?

Hey guys. So yeah, basically what the title.

If there is a character with 100 hunger and a character with 200 hunger, will they both decrease at the same rate or will the higher hunger cap survive longer?

The reason I ask is for upgrading WX-78 (or whatever the robots name is) I upgraded him twice and he is SUPER easy to keep alive and full. But I have another file on my ps4 with the robot upgraded 10 times, and it seems he is a lot harder to keep a bellyful. I need a lot more food, and he doesn't seem to survive much longer. (in terms of hunger, its usually almost all the way down after a day, when its the same as if he was level 2)

Typically hunger decreases about 75 points per day(exept with wolfgang,wes,warly, and Walani). you can make the meter go slower by using the belt of hunger or the hibernation vest. I dont know if there is a difference in the PS4 version because i dont have that version, but a more upgraded WX-78 would need more time to pass without eating.That or you have a slurper on your head.

As said, hunger is absolute, not relative. However, as a character creator, you can change the hunger rate, similiar to how Wolfgang does it.
