It's just so much easier for him to get stuck on stuff than it is for Chester in RoG, what with coral reefs and the corners of islands. That thing is so damn slow. I'd use it if it weren't for that. Baggims is really useless at the moment, it takes 40 seconds of swimming with cloth sail to completely lose the track of him, he really needs to either no-clip through everything or get a huge speed buff while on water. Packim is useless at this point. Could he please be given a speed boost, follow radius boost, or the same following code as Abigail (Abigail never get lost, right?)
