However, when contacting me about commissioning, a client asked me if I will do Don't Starve modding for a rate. I know that it's ok to pay artists to do things. However, I want to ask if this is allowed. I don't want to get into legal trouble with Klei, so I want to get a final confirmation before accepting their offer. I know at the time it was okay for people to do commission work and some artist/coders work together on commissions. I want to direct @JoeW to the topic as he will be able to answer the question. As far as i saw, it seemed like it was up in the air. I saw rules against making money off the franchise, so I didn't want to tread on that ground.
