Veirian Posted February 13, 2016 Share Posted February 13, 2016 Are they in DST? So far I have only found cave sinkholes, but I read on the wiki that the ruins are on the same level as caves. Does that mean that I should enter a cave through a sinkhole and then search for ruins? Or are they not implemented yet? Zillvr Posted February 13, 2016 Share Posted February 13, 2016 @Veirian your first guess is correct. The Ruins has been merged with the Caves. You'd just have to explore further. It's a bit tricky to find at first but once you see Ruins turf, or any ruins related creatures you are pretty close to the general Ruins area of the Caves. I haven't personally fiddled with the caves/ruins generation enough to give you a possible hints on what direction to look into, but they should be somewhere out there. If however you want to reduce the time spent exploring, you could possibly change the World Size for the Caves portion of you multilevel server. Anyways good luck and have fun, cheers. No they haven't made it so you can hear the glorious ruins music when you are in the ruins. :/ I also wish there was a way to enable the music to loop forever and not end so the game wouldn't feel dull when you were exploring the mostly empty caves. I think that does the night and dusk music mod, you can use the option which make an infinite loop.
