However, give it a hour more, since the store updates slowly I think, Binding of Isaac and th DLC came put like half an our after planned release. Go to the page on the Store and find the Invisible Inc + Contingency Plan bundle. View the package info for the bundle and click on the DLC. It'll take you to the store page.
