Maybe the punch cursor and the heal cursor?

Those are designed to replace your standard cursors so i don't know what the punch and heal cursors should replace. If however an experienced modder would help me make this thing a mod which overrides your cursors ingame i'd be more than happy to make a whole bunch of new cursors, maybe even character themed.

I'm afraid i don't know any method besides changing them one by one.

And i noticed that too, i might change the thickness and outline with the next update.
