Small amount of users getting crash to desktop on my mod

So out of a few hundred people who use the mod, a very small percentage is having a crashing issue with my mod, no crash log, just to desktop, but im not sure how to fix it.

One said they would but had no idea how to send the crash report, i have told them how to get to the log.txt, but they have not responded as of yet. As i said, it is a very small percentage, out of 250 current subscriptions only 2 have said they had difficulty, granted those are the ones who commented about it and there may be more.

I have asked them to send the log here, or i will attach there log here if the send it from somewhere else, however i am very new to modding, and i am not sure i could reliably read the crash log..
