Tugtime
Why is it that when I get insane too much on a game, I get too much lag? Is it because there's a legion of shadow creatures planning an attack against me? Is there a very big shadow boss creature on it's way? Or what? What is the reason of this lag spike..? Asparagus
Performance issues...it's either because of having too many entities on the screen or just your connection or ram Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/56635-question-insane-lag/#findComment-658648 Share on other sites
Tugtime
It's only happening when I get insane about 3 consecutive times.. When I relog, everything is fine again. Oh well.. I guess I'll just accept it is a performance issue. Derpime
Probably ram.Are you running any background programs(music) or something? Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/56635-question-insane-lag/#findComment-658652 Share on other sites
Asparagus
Well all those graphics when you go insane can cause spikes... from my experience that is... keep in mind that the more things happening on-screen, the more your computer has to work... also keep it cool, don't let it heat up... that's all the basics, if those don't do it, try assessing your RAM and your specs. Asparagus
What he means is are you running any other programs besides the game? Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/56635-question-insane-lag/#findComment-658665 Share on other sites
Derpime
Also,i think you meant frames, not lag,lag is caused by ping and it should be all the time, not just when you go insane. Zinglon
Performance issue I guess. If you have a real lag spike, better blame on your network provider or host's. Pyromailmann
There's lots of stuff that's involved in lag.Internet, your PC specifications, locations, distance, ram, I think you get the point.I recommend defragmenting and possibly clearing out temp folders.
