With its tiny legs and its super cute howls and the adorable honks it makes when it sleeps. And second, it has the power to bestow infinite Monster Meat, Hound's Teeth, and Red/Blue/Purple Gems. If you're lucky enough to find a Varg after you've prepared a suitable location to store it, you are rewarded with a non-perishable and infinitely renewing source of some of the best items in the game. Just set up one of those fancy fire farms and you're set. Provided you can take out the dragonfly first. But seriously. Steel wool and phlegm need to be more than just fire fuel! How does it keep from tipping over when it runs, with that enormous head that's as large as the rest of its body!? I know I found this neat mod (forgot the name, but can look for it again) that let you craft a knights helmet and stuff with the steel wool.
