BiggSauliz
Bug Submission:Category: GameplayIssue Title: Ice staff can't freezeIssue Description: So I think this occurred after last hotfix (27.01.15), because yesterday all was fine. But today shoot how much u want but NPC's won't freeze. In server where I play it's winter and all monsters is set to more, so we got about ~30-50 or even more and without ice staff it's more problematic to kill them. So I hope u gonna fix this soon.Steps to Reproduce:1. Get ice staff.2. Try to freeze somebody.3. You can't.

ailailou
Hehe, I was making my trip to farm walrus when I realized it only slowed him down. At first I though it Maktusk was buffed or something, but it turned out that a pig couldn't be frozen either.
outseeker
I heard it's because the staff does damage to the critter when you hit it, and when the critter takes damage it unfreezes, so there's not really any way to actually freeze anything XD
Rayalan
Confirmed also. They should make a delay between the freezing, so that it damages the mob first, then freezes it. Pretty simple to say, but I don't know if it's that simple.
