If you can't figure it out elsehow, try a website like that:http://www.speedtest.net/If you have less than a Mb/s download and not even a tenth of that upload, then it may be your internet connection. Regardless, a moderator should to move this topic to the DST bug tracker, so the respective dev-team can take a look. You should go there too, and look out for your issue, it may have been reported before. You literally just reported that bug in the actual DST bug tracker, they aren'T 24/7 waiting for bugs to roll in. EDIT: If you want a refund, you should read this and that first, and then write them an e-mail. Wade usually guides you through that process if he can't figure out the problem. You probably won't get a reply from them until they come back at the start of the work week. DST is in beta. The idea of a beta run is that players test drive the program, and then report any problems they find. The underlying assumption is that there are indeed issues with the software that need to be ironed out. It's not a "pay five bucks to play the fully finished game before general release" deal.
