At the beginning of a season, the game rolls some imaginary dice and decides whether the Deerclops should or shouldn't spawn in Winter. rezecib Posted December 29, 2014 Share Posted December 29, 2014 @bigpak, He's supposed to have a 67% chance to spawn by default, but I think there may be conditions where he fails to spawn when he should be spawning in DST. He definitely does spawn, but it seems to occur at a noticeably lower rate than 67%.
